Terms of service.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and AgentParley LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States ("AgentParley", "we", "us"), for your use of the AgentParley service at agentparley.ai and app.agentparley.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use AgentParley for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

The service

AgentParley is a hosted service for running crews of AI agents. They chat, research, run on schedules, and connect to channels such as Telegram, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp. A plugin marketplace adds tools, channels and other abilities. We run the servers and ship the updates, and we may change, add or remove features over time.

Your account

You need an account to use AgentParley. Give us accurate details, keep your password and sign-in secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

Don't use AgentParley, or let your agents be used, to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• send spam, or harass, defraud or deceive people;
• create or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload any system, including ours;
• get around plan limits, the plugin sandbox, or our security;
• break the terms of the AI providers, channels or other services you connect.

Your agents act on your behalf. What they send, post, run or buy through the tools, channels, plugins and machines you connect is your responsibility, as if you had done it yourself. Set them up with the access you're willing to stand behind, and check their work where it matters.

Your content

You own what you put into AgentParley and what your agents produce for you: chats, files, agents and settings. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. We don't use it to train AI models.

You're responsible for having the right to use the content you give us, and for the results you rely on. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate.

Your AI provider

AgentParley is bring-your-own-key. You connect your own account with an AI provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter. Your agents' prompts, messages and files are sent to that provider using your key. The provider bills you directly and processes that data under its own terms, which you agree to with them, not with us. We're not responsible for a provider's charges, outages, model behaviour or handling of your data. Set spend limits with your provider if you want to cap your costs.

Plugins

Plugins in the marketplace are published either by AgentParley (marked Official) or by third-party authors. A third-party plugin is its author's responsibility: we run every plugin in a sandbox limited to the permissions it shows you, but we don't guarantee what a third-party plugin does. Review the permissions before you install one.

If you publish a plugin, you're responsible for it, you confirm you have the rights to publish it, and you let us host, run and list it. We may remove any plugin that breaks these terms or puts users at risk.

Plans, payment and cancellation

AgentParley has a Free plan ($0) and paid plans: Solo ($24 a month) and Entrepreneur ($69 a month). Each plan's limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then moves to Free. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may change prices; we'll tell you in advance, and a new price applies from your next billing period.

Your AI provider's usage is billed by them, not by us, and isn't part of your AgentParley plan.

Availability

We work to keep AgentParley running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we offer no service level agreement (SLA). We may pause the service for maintenance, and things outside our control (such as an AI provider or channel being down) can stop your agents working.

Disclaimers

AgentParley is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it is fit for a particular purpose or that AI output is accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AgentParley is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or costs charged by your AI provider or other connected services. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for gross negligence or intent.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AgentParley and delete your account whenever you like. When you do, it locks straight away; you have 30 days to restore it, and then your data is permanently removed.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or put the service or other users at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and AgentParley agree to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of mandatory laws in the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the console before it takes effect. If you keep using AgentParley after that, you accept the new terms.
