What is a sandbox?
A private Linux computer in the cloud that only your agents use. They run commands on it the same way they work on your own servers.
Do I need to know about servers?
No. You ask your agent for what you want, in plain words, and it does the rest. You never have to open the machine yourself.
Can my agent create one?
Yes, if you allow it. When a job needs a sandbox, your agent can create a daily one and tell you when it is ready. It can delete its own daily sandboxes too. Monthly sandboxes are created in the console.
What does it cost?
Small is $25 a month or $1.25 a day. Large is $45 a month or $2.50 a day. It is paid from your wallet, the prepaid balance in AgentParley, and not from your plan.
Which plans include it?
Solo has room for up to 2 sandboxes and Entrepreneur for up to 3. Free has none. The sandbox itself is paid from your wallet on top of the plan.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
Your sandbox keeps running for a few days, and we email you first. If the wallet stays empty it switches off, and is kept for a while before it is deleted. Top up and you keep it.
Can I log in myself?
Yes, with your own SSH key, if you want to. Most people never need to.
