Who we are
AgentParley LLC ("AgentParley", "we", "us"), a company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, runs the AgentParley service at agentparley.ai and app.agentparley.ai. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions about your data, or a request to use any of your rights: privacy@agentparley.ai. Anything else: hello@agentparley.ai.
What AgentParley is
AgentParley is a hosted service where you run crews of AI agents. They chat with you, research, run on schedules, and connect to channels such as Telegram, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp. A plugin marketplace adds tools, channels and other abilities.
AgentParley is bring-your-own-key: you connect your own AI provider account (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter). Your provider bills you directly.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google or GitHub instead, we receive your name, email address and account identifier from them. We don't keep the access tokens they hand us.
- What you create in the service: your agents and their settings, chats and agent messages, files in your workspaces, schedules, and the channels you connect.
- Secrets you give us: AI provider API keys, SSH credentials and plugin secrets. These are encrypted (see Security below).
- Usage records: which model ran, how many tokens it used, the estimated cost, and when.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Your card details go to Stripe on its own hosted checkout. We never see or store them.
- Technical data: server logs with IP addresses and request details, used to keep the service running and secure.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
If you are in the EU or EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we use your data, and we rely on these legal bases:
- To provide the service you signed up for (performance of our contract with you, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): running your agents, storing chats and files, running schedules and channels, sending account emails, and billing.
- To keep the service secure and working (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)): preventing abuse and fraud, investigating faults, and understanding usage so we can plan capacity.
- To meet legal duties (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping invoices and payment records as accounting law requires.
- Where we ask (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)): for anything optional we ask about. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't train AI models on it.
Your AI provider
When your agents work, the prompts, messages and files they need are sent to the AI provider you chose, using your own API key. That provider processes them under its own terms and privacy policy, and bills you directly. Read your provider's terms. AgentParley doesn't control what a provider does with the data you send it.
The same applies to other services you connect with your own keys, such as voice or search providers. When you use voice listening, your live audio goes straight from your browser to the voice provider and never passes through our servers.
Who else handles your data
We use these sub-processors to run AgentParley:
- Hetzner (Nuremberg, Germany): the servers and database that run the service.
- Amazon Web Services (eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany): encryption keys (AWS KMS), file storage and queues.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare: sending our emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
- Brave Search: the built-in web search your agents can use. It receives the search query.
- Google and GitHub: only if you choose to sign in with them.
Plugins you install can see only what their listed permissions allow, and channels you connect (Telegram, Slack and others) receive the messages your agents send there. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
AgentParley LLC is a United States company. Personal data of EU and EEA users is hosted in the EU: on Hetzner in Germany and on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany. Where that data is transferred to the United States, whether to us or to sub-processors such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Google or GitHub, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where needed. The AI provider you choose may also process data in the United States, under its own terms.
How long we keep it
- Chats: kept for a set number of days after their last use, depending on your plan: 30 days on Free, 90 on Solo and 180 on Entrepreneur. Then they're deleted.
- Everything else in your account (agents, files, schedules, channels, usage records): until you delete it or your account.
- Deleted accounts: when you delete your account it locks straight away. You have 30 days to restore it, and then everything is permanently removed.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted.
- Server logs: a short period, for security and fault-finding.
Your browser
The AgentParley console keeps your sign-in session, your preferences (such as the theme) and unsent message drafts in your browser's local storage. Nothing there is used for tracking.
We use no advertising trackers and no analytics on this website or in the console. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies under Stripe's policy.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Secrets such as API keys are encrypted with a key unique to your account under AWS KMS, and can't be read back out, not even by you. Plugins run in a sandbox and see only what their permissions allow. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Found a security issue? Email security@agentparley.ai.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, under the GDPR you have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- have it deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- take it with you in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you've given, at any time.
Much of this you can do yourself in the console: edit your account, export any chat as a transcript, download your workspace files, export your usage as CSV, and delete your account. For anything else, email privacy@agentparley.ai. We answer within one month.
EU and EEA users can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where they live or work.
Children
AgentParley isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the console before it takes effect.
