What we collectAccount details, agent configuration, session transcripts including tool arguments and results, files in your workspaces, host records, and usage and spend records. Payment details are held by our payment processor, not by us.

What we never do with itWe do not train models on your data, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Support staff cannot read your transcripts without an explicit, time-boxed grant from an account owner.

Your model keysEncrypted at rest with a per-account key and decrypted in memory only to make a provider call. They are not written to logs, not included in transcripts or exports, and never passed to a plugin.

Third-party codeCommunity and verified plugins execute in an isolated sandbox with access only to the API surface they declared. Plugin authors receive no user data beyond what the hook they declared provides.

Retention and deletionTranscripts and workspace files are retained while your account is active and for 60 days after cancellation, then deleted. You can delete a session, a workspace or the whole account at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

ExportAgent configuration, transcripts and workspace files export as plain files. You do not need our permission or a support ticket to leave.

Sub-processorsInfrastructure, payments and email delivery providers are listed with their purpose and region, and versioned — we publish changes before they take effect.
